We’re evolving our Energy Clinics … and we need your help!

We’re seeking feedback from businesses across Hull and the Humber on what advice and support they need to reduce their energy bills.

Our fully-funded Energy Clinics are designed to help our members make sustainable business decisions and reap the rewards of clean growth.

It’s about making smart choices which save your business money, help secure important tenders and recruit top talent.

Dozens of members have already completed a workshop, delivered by local sustainability consultancy BACB Renewables, and left with a plan of action.

Now, we’re looking to expand and evolve our Energy Clinics … and we need your help!

We’d love to hear from you on how we can help your business grow, save money and reduce your carbon footprint.

Some images from our recent Energy Clinics, delivered by BACB Renewables.

We’re interested to find out:

-        What help do you need to reduce your energy bills?

-        What are your business priorities, particularly around sustainability and growth?

-        What is preventing your business from reducing its carbon footprint?

-        What tips and advice do you need on renewable energy solutions?

-        What are your people saying about sustainability?

-        How do you want to evolve your company’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) approach?

Our Energy Clinics are a safe, friendly space to talk about your business, sustainable progress, mistakes made and ambitions for the future.

No question is a silly question. The team at BACB are experts at breaking down complex information, removing confusion so you can move forward with confidence.

Tailored to your business

We want to tailor our Energy Clinics perfectly for your business.

If you sign up for a workshop, we’ll ask you to bring any helpful resources – copies of recent energy bills, photos of your office and buildings, and information on how many people you employ and the variety of roles within the business.

That means we can tailor the session to your needs, and fully understand the barriers and hurdles which are preventing you from making progress.

Are you struggling to understand your bills? We can help break them down. Is your building losing heat, and costing you money? We can help identify simple solutions like cavity wall insulation, double glazing, roof insulation and upgrades to your heating system.

It may be your business could benefit from a thermography scan – the use of infrared cameras to identify heat loss and structural defects.

The team at BACB can also myth-bust common misconceptions surrounding heat pumps, solar, sub-metering, biomass, and so much more.

A helping hand with sustainability

Has your company got an ESG strategy in place? Looking for help to deliver it?

We can discuss topics including Biodiversity Net Gain, offsite sustainable initiatives, and ways to inspire your staff to drive positive change.

We know for many SMEs in particular, funding remains a significant barrier. We can help you identify local and national grants which are available to businesses to support them with sustainable initiatives.

You’ll leave our Energy Clinic with simple, achievable steps to get started, and join a community of more than 170 active members who share your vision and ambition.

Our Energy Clinics are a safe, friendly space to talk about your business, sustainable progress, mistakes made and ambitions for the future.

We’d love to hear from you

If you’re interested in attending an Energy Clinic, or have attended a previous workshop, we’d love to hear what help and advice you need.

Your feedback will help shape our future workshops, so we can provide the best experience possible.

  • Please get in touch by Sunday 15th March with any feedback, suggestions or ways we can help. You can contact us via hello@ohyesnetzero.co.uk.
